Toki

As an AI calendar assistant, Toki handles scheduling through chat rather than through forms and drag-and-drop grids.

Toki is a scheduling and time management tool that turns voice messages, text, pictures and messy context into organized events on your calendar.

You can use it for your own schedule or for a shared group calendar.

It syncs with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so the events it creates land in the apps you probably already check.

The feature that sets Toki apart is call alerts: instead of a quiet notification you might swipe away, the assistant can ring you about something important.

That is a practical touch if you tend to miss reminders.

Because the input can be a photo or a spoken note, you can skip typing out details by hand.
