Santa Reacts

On the web at naughtyornice.video, Santa Reacts turns a single photo into a short holiday video where Santa passes judgement on you.

Santa Reacts is an AI video generator that makes personalized clips starring you and Santa Claus, who either roasts you for being naughty or hugs you for being nice.

The setup is short.

You upload a photo, type in three fun facts about yourself, and pick a tune.

The AI then builds the video around those details, so the roast or the hug draws on what you told it rather than a generic script.

Because the music is part of the choice, the result also works as a small AI music video, not just a talking Santa.

The point is sharing.

Santa Reacts is built as a seasonal novelty you send to friends or family, and the naughty-or-nice verdict is the hook.

Expect a joke gift rather than a serious video editor.

If you want a quick, silly card for the holidays, it fits that job, and the three-fact input keeps the effort low.
