PoemGenerator.io

PoemGenerator.io writes poems from a few settings you choose. It is a free AI poem generator, and the controls matter more than the prompt box.

You pick the poem type, such as haiku, free verse or sonnet, then set the size to short, medium or long.

From there you can adjust the tone, add poetic devices, choose a rhyming pattern, personalize the piece and select the language it is written in.

That range of options is the main reason to use PoemGenerator.io instead of a general text generator.

You steer the form and feel of the result before anything is written, so you spend less time rewriting a draft that came out in the wrong shape.

Beginners get a finished poem to react to, and experienced writers can use the output as a starting point for their own edits.

The tool is listed as free, which makes it easy to try different combinations of type, tone and rhyme.

Expect to polish the output yourself if you want a poem that sounds like you.
