Mailr

Writing a reply to a pile of emails is the job Mailr takes on. Mailr is an AI email assistant that drafts new messages and replies for you, so you spend less time staring at a blank compose window.

The interface is simple, which keeps the learning curve short.

You can pick from a variety of custom tones, so a note to a client does not have to sound like a note to a coworker.

That matters more than it sounds, since tone is usually what makes AI drafts feel off.

Mailr has a free tier, but the word count there is limited, so long emails may run into the cap.

Premium features need a subscription.

As with any AI email writer, you should read each draft and edit it before sending, because the text can miss context that only you have.

Think of Mailr as a fast first draft, not a finished message, and it earns its place in an office workflow.
