The free Toy Experiment tier gives you 10 million tokens, but it is limited to non-commercial use under CC-BY-NC, so it suits testing rather than anything you ship.

The $50 Prototype Development tier includes 1 billion tokens at 0.050 per 1M tokens, a standard key, basic key management and technical support.

The $500 Production Deployment tier includes 11 billion tokens at 0.045 per 1M tokens, plus a premium key with much higher rate limits, advanced key management, premium support with a 24 hour response and a one-hour integration consultation.

The per-token rate drops only slightly between paid tiers, so moving up is mostly about rate limits and support.
