Inbox Zero

Clearing out hundreds of newsletters you never read is the kind of job Inbox Zero handles in a few clicks, thanks to its bulk unsubscribe feature.

Inbox Zero is an AI email assistant that automates inbox management, blocks cold emails, and shows analytics on how you use email.

It is open source, so you can see how the code works, and it takes a privacy-focused approach to your data.

The catch is account support.

Inbox Zero currently works only with Gmail and Google Workspace, so Outlook and other providers are out for now.

Some features may require a paid subscription.

The AI assistant is only as good as its setup.

Results depend on how you configure it and the input you give it, so expect to spend a little time on rules before the automation feels right.

The analytics are a useful starting point if you want to see which senders and habits fill your inbox before you change anything.
