HYI.AI

As a virtual assistant and hiring platform, HYI. AI pairs companies with remote talent and also sells setup help for Global Capability Centers, which is the part that sets it apart from a plain freelancer marketplace.

AI gives employers access to a pool of over 5 million verified global talents, and each account gets a dedicated relationship manager who handles customized support and project oversight.

Hiring is flexible.

You can bring people on full-time, part-time or for a single project without a long-term commitment, and onboarding is meant to get work started quickly.

Project management features cover monitoring, organizing and scheduling, and an integrated messaging platform keeps conversations in one spot.

On the AI side, HYI.

AI includes a resume builder and automated skill evaluations.

Talent can also use mentorship and mock interview or test features to prepare for roles, so the platform serves both sides of a hire.

For larger operations, the GCC service covers entity setup, compliance and technology delivery from start to finish.

That is a heavier commitment than hiring a single assistant, and it suits companies planning an offshore team of their own.
