Hireko - AI Powered Interview Platform

You give Hireko a job and a set of candidates, and it runs the interviews for you: a conversational AI asks questions, scores answers as they come in, and hands recruiters an evaluation to review.

Hireko is an AI interview platform for enterprise hiring that also generates interview questions and job descriptions, and lets recruiters customize how interviews run.

If a candidate can't use the voice mode, a chat-based fallback is available.

Pricing comes in three plans.

Pay As You Go is 55 cents a minute with no monthly fee and covers 500 interviews and 15,000 minutes a month.

The Monthly Subscription is $350 a month plus 40 cents a minute, with 1,000 interviews and 30,000 minutes, and it adds advanced visual modes.

Every plan includes unlimited recruiters, dedicated support and custom integrations.

The Custom plan for large organizations has unlimited interviews and minutes, multi-language support, custom branding, an API and 24/7 support.

English only on the two lower plans is the main catch if you hire across regions.
