Haire

Recruiters and hiring managers who are tired of running first-round screens by hand are the people Haire is built for.

Haire is an AI recruiting platform that helps you post jobs, interview candidates with AI, and review the results in a single place.

The job posting step has AI assistance, so you are not starting from a blank page.

After each interview you get an AI-generated candidate assessment and an automated transcript, and you can open candidate profiles and resumes alongside them.

Credits are the unit you work with.

You allocate them to individual jobs as needed, which keeps spending tied to specific roles.

The pricing model is free to start, with a business plan that includes an unlimited user license.

An enterprise plan adds savings on bulk credit purchases.

Two add-ons cost extra: video recording, and a pack of five custom questions for the AI interview.

If you want recorded interviews or tailored questions, budget for those on top of the plan.
