Google Gemini

Gemini is Google's AI assistant, and you can try it free. Google Gemini is an AI chatbot and assistant that gives you direct access to Google's AI models through gemini.google.com.

Google positions it as a personal, proactive assistant, and it covers work, school and home use, so you can ask it things in whatever setting you happen to be in.

The catch is accuracy.

Google Gemini can make mistakes, so you should double-check anything that matters before you rely on it, especially facts, figures and anything you plan to share or submit.

That applies to every large language model, but it is worth keeping in mind here too.

The free tier makes it easy to test against your own tasks before deciding whether it earns a place in your routine.
