Outline Image

As a free online background remover, Outline Image keeps its scope narrow: it cuts the background out of a photo and adds an outline around the subject, and that is the whole job.

Outline Image is an AI background remover and outline generator for anyone who needs a cut-out image without opening a full photo editor.

You upload a picture, the background comes off automatically, and you can then add an outline to what remains.

Processing is fast and the interface is simple, so a single image takes little time.

That is handy for one-off jobs such as a product shot, a profile picture or a sticker-style graphic.

The narrow focus is also the main catch.

Outline Image has no general photo editing tools, so retouching, filters and layout work need another app.

Automatic removal can also struggle with complex images, especially those with intricate backgrounds, where you may see rough edges or leftover pieces.

Plan on checking the result before you use it.

For clean subjects, the free price makes it an easy tool to test.
