Form Assist

Google Forms is where Form Assist puts its output: you describe what you need in a chat window, and the finished form lands in your Google Drive, ready for further editing.

Form Assist is an AI form builder that creates forms, surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires from a plain written request, so you skip dragging fields into place one at a time.

The tool detects the language of your prompt and writes the form in that language.

That helps if you run classes, collect feedback, or send questionnaires to people who speak different languages, and it saves you from translating questions by hand.

Quizzes are covered too, which makes Form Assist a handy AI quiz generator for teachers and trainers who already use Google's ecosystem.

Because the result is a normal Google Form in your Drive, nothing is locked inside a separate editor.

You can adjust wording, reorder questions, or change settings the usual way.

The catch is that it is built around Google Forms, so it suits you mainly if that is already your form tool.
