WowTo

Writing support articles for every question is slow, and customers often skip long text anyway. WowTo is an AI video tool that helps teams make how-to, support and training videos, then host them in one video knowledge base.

It sits in the AI video generator and AI tutorial space, with AI voiceovers and avatars to narrate the steps so you do not need to record your own voice or appear on camera.

WowTo connects with Zendesk, Intercom and Jira, which makes it a natural fit if your support team already works in those systems.

You can apply your own branding to the videos, and the hosted knowledge base keeps everything in a single place rather than scattered across folders and links.

There is a free plan, but it adds a WowTo watermark to your videos, and features and limits change from plan to plan.

A few features are marked as coming soon, so check what is live before you plan a workflow around them.
