Whoz

Whoz is a cloud-based resource management tool that helps professional services firms staff projects and deploy talent across global teams.

Pricing is not something you can work out from the product alone, so the main output to focus on is the staffing plan: Whoz matches open demand to available people and lets you compare project staffing scenarios before committing.

Skills management, demand management, talent engagement and workforce planning sit in the same platform, with an AI copilot guiding the talent ecosystem.

Analytics cover historical, current and predictive views, so planners can see where capacity is heading.

On the compliance side, Whoz states ISO 27001, GDPR and AI European Act compliance, which matters for firms with strict client data rules.

It makes sense for consultancies and agencies more than general project teams.
