Whisper Thunder

You give Whisper Thunder a still image or a text prompt and get back an HD video clip. Whisper Thunder is an AI video generator that also covers image to video, text to video and short animated clips, and it lists consistent characters across generations as a feature.

The free plan is small: 2 credits, low quality output, and videos that expire after 3 days, with 30 day retention.

Paid plans run monthly.

Basic is $9.9 for 60 credits, Pro is $23.9 for 100 credits, and Max is $51.9 for 600 credits.

All three paid tiers give you higher quality (advanced) video, 3 month video validity and 365 day retention.

Every plan, including free, lists private generation, a priority queue and commercial rights.

Note that Pro costs more than twice as much as Basic for only 40 extra credits, so Basic or Max make more sense depending on volume.
