Whimsical

As a project management workspace, Whimsical differs from most by keeping tasks, docs and team conversation in one project space instead of spreading them across separate apps.

Whimsical is a collaborative workspace that brings teams, tasks and tools together so people can plan and move work forward.

Inside a project you work with boards, docs, projects and posts.

Boards cover planning, docs are for writing things down, and posts keep everyone informed.

Whimsical also sits in the diagram generator, mind mapping and whiteboard categories, so visual planning is part of what you get alongside the task side.

The pitch is focused, calm work that does not spill into life outside the job.

That fits teams who would rather run project work and discussion in a single place than juggle a stack of specialist tools.

If your team already relies on one dedicated app for each job, the all-in-one approach may feel like a change of habit.
