VortiX

Reading through piles of academic papers to answer one research question takes hours.

VortiX is an AI academic search engine that searches a large database of scientific papers and returns summaries and synthesized insights, so you can see what the literature says before opening a single PDF.

The search is AI-driven and aims at accurate results rather than a long list of keyword matches.

VortiX also gives verified answers to research questions, which is the feature most students and researchers will reach for first.

A chat with papers feature lets you ask questions of a specific paper directly instead of skimming it for the relevant section.

The search may not find a particular paper you have in mind, and how deeply it searches full text is unclear, so check key sources yourself before citing them.

The site also needs JavaScript turned on to work.

As an AI research tool and article summarizer, VortiX suits early-stage literature scanning more than final source verification.
