VideoGen

Making a finished video from a text idea in seconds is the main job of VideoGen, an AI video generator that handles script writing, editing and voiceover in one spot.

You describe what you want, and the tool writes an AI video script, assembles the footage with automatic editing, and adds a realistic AI voiceover.

You can then adjust the result and share it.

The idea is one-click creation and editing, and no editing skills are needed.

VideoGen sits across several categories: AI script writing, AI video editor, text to video and AI voice generator.

That mix suits people who would otherwise juggle a writing tool, a voice tool and a timeline editor.

The company says it is backed by Y Combinator and trusted by over 3 million professionals, creators, marketers and businesses, though that is its own claim.

If you make marketing clips or social videos on a regular schedule, the speed is the point of the product.
