Vibly

Vibly runs as a web platform for coaches who want to manage clients and sessions in one spot. It is a coaching and client management tool that pairs AI features with human support, and it is built for both new and established coaches.

Instead of stitching together separate apps, you can build a coach website, set up customizable packages, schedule sessions on a calendar, and take session notes in the same account.

Clients get a progress portal, secure messaging, and a simple way to pay.

You can also share resources and send forms or contracts without leaving the platform.

The categories attached to Vibly point to AI note taking, summarizing and message generation, so expect the AI to help with the writing and record keeping that follow each session.

The all-in-one scope is the main appeal if you run a small coaching practice and would rather not juggle a scheduler, a payment tool and a document signer.
