TeamifAI

Need to staff a new client project and want a shortlist of people who fit? TeamifAI is a resource management tool for professional services firms that uses AI to generate project teams from the profiles you keep in it.

Instead of scrolling through spreadsheets, you pull a proposed team together in one spot and send a response to the client sooner, which is the commercial speed the product is built around.

TeamifAI keeps profiles, projects and resources on a single platform.

It also covers resource forecasting and gives you real-time utilization reports, so you can see who is booked and who has room before you promise anything.

You will need to do some initial setup and enter company profile data before the suggestions mean much.

The AI picks may also not fit every project perfectly, so treat the generated teams as a starting point and check them yourself.
