Taskmole

Taskmole watches the work done on a computer and turns it into documented processes, which is the part most teams skip when they plan automation.

The Taskmole AI task mining tool captures tasks automatically, draws process diagrams from them, and suggests automations for popular tools.

You do not have to write out workflows by hand first.

Pricing is freemium with three tiers.

The free trial covers 1 computer, unlimited AI task mining, up to 2 mapped processes, email support and self-onboarding.

The SMB plan starts at $29 per month per computer and adds unlimited computers, unlimited AI process mapping, Slack support and personalized onboarding.

It is built for companies and individuals.

Per-computer billing means the cost grows with the number of machines you track, so check that before rolling it out widely.

A Partner plan is built for automation agencies.

It adds Slack and phone support, concierge onboarding and client management reports.

Every tier includes automation suggestions, so even the trial shows you what Taskmole would recommend before you pay.
