Tad AI

Type a short text prompt describing a mood or genre, and Tad AI returns a finished, royalty-free song you can use as background music for a video or a podcast intro.

Tad AI is an AI music generator that also writes lyrics, so you can start from an idea rather than a finished set of words.

The free plan gives you 2 credits a month and is limited to non-commercial use, which is enough to try a couple of tracks and not much more.

Paid plans start at $10 a month for Standard, with 500 credits (about 100 songs), commercial use, 3 concurrent tasks, fast generation and priority support.

Billed yearly, Standard drops to $8 a month.

Pro costs $30 a month, or $25 billed annually, and raises the allowance to 3,000 credits (about 600 songs), 6 concurrent tasks and ultra-fast generation.

If you plan to publish or sell anything you make, you need a paid plan, since commercial use is not included in the free tier.

Heavy users will find the Pro credit count more practical than Standard.
