Tactiq

Tactiq has a free plan, though some features sit behind paid plans, and it runs as a Chrome extension, so you need to install that before anything works.

Tactiq is an AI meeting assistant that transcribes calls in real time and turns the text into summaries, tasks and follow-ups.

It does this without a bot joining the meeting, which matters if guests tend to object to a recorder showing up in the participant list.

The transcript is visible only to you unless you choose to share it.

Tactiq says it is SOC-2 Type II and GDPR compliant, which is a useful detail if your company has security reviews to pass.

Once a meeting ends, you can convert the transcript into action items and workflows, and connect Tactiq to popular collaboration tools so notes land where your team already works.

As an AI note taker and transcription tool, Tactiq suits people who attend a lot of video calls and want searchable notes without extra setup.
