SummyMonkey

Anyone whose inbox has turned into a second job will recognise the situation SummyMonkey is built for.

SummyMonkey is an AI summarizer and email assistant that condenses emails, audio recordings and other content into short summaries and pulls out key data.

It also works for students and researchers who need the gist of material fast.

The feature worth knowing about is chat.

Once SummyMonkey has compiled several emails, you can ask questions about them and get answers drawn from the whole set, rather than reading each message in turn.

That is a more useful way to catch up on a long thread or a week of messages than a single summary.

The tool is multilingual, so it is not limited to English content.

SummyMonkey also handles audio, which puts it in the AI transcription and note taking space as well as email.

Its pitch is turning hours of reading and listening into minutes.

Check how well it handles your own material before relying on it for anything important.
