Story321.org

Story321.org gives you 1000 free text story generations every day, with no account fee, which is the most concrete reason to try it.

It is an AI story generator that writes short stories and plots from your prompts, and it also lists an API among its categories for developers who want to build on it.

There are three plans.

Free covers text-only stories, but nothing is saved privately and support comes from the community.

Pro costs $4.97 a month and includes 509 credits.

Enterprise costs $12.97 a month and includes 1509 credits.

On both paid plans a standard story costs 1 credit and a Vision Story costs 10, so image-based stories use up an allowance much faster.

Paid plans add private saving, commercial usage rights, email support and cancellation at any time.

If you only write for fun, the free tier is probably enough.

If you plan to publish or sell what you generate, you will need a paid plan for the commercial rights.
