Sourcebae

Sourcebae works as a web platform for tech hiring, pairing companies with developers who have already been vetted by AI.

Sourcebae is an AI recruiting tool that automates interviews and candidate management, so hiring teams spend less time screening and more time talking to people worth hiring.

It draws on a global talent pool, which matters if local developer supply is thin.

The pitch is lower hiring costs and a faster process.

Interviews are automated and described as unbiased, though that claim depends on how good the underlying AI algorithms are, and you should not think of it as settled.

Reliance on AI can also mean a person still needs to review results and make the final call.

If you already run an applicant tracking system, expect some learning curve when connecting it.

Sourcebae suits small and mid-sized teams that hire developers often and want screening handled before a human gets involved.

It is less obviously suited to roles outside tech, since the focus is technical talent.
