Sound Effect Generator

Sound Effect Generator runs on the web at soundeffectgenerator.org and creates custom sound effects from a text prompt or from video.

It is an AI sound effect generator for people who need audio for clips, games or other projects without hunting through stock libraries.

The category tags also point to text-to-music, text-to-speech and voice cloning, so the site covers more than effects alone.

All plans are paid and billed as an annual subscription.

The entry plan is $9.99 a month and comes with 100,000 credits plus 10,000 extra.

The $19.99 plan gives 200,000 plus 20,000, and the $29.99 plan gives 300,000 plus 30,000.

Every tier has the same feature set: high quality output, instant generation, no ads, commercial usage rights, and private sound effects on the premium plan.

In practice you are choosing a credit allowance, not a different set of features.

Commercial rights are included at every price, which matters if you publish or sell what you make.

Sound Effect Generator does not appear to offer a monthly-only option, so budget for the annual commitment.
