Smartick

Getting a child to practice math, reading, coding and critical thinking without a tutor in the room is the gap Smartick fills.

Smartick is an online learning platform for kids that uses a personalized method across those subjects, and each subject is sold as its own program.

Pricing is per program and drops as you add more.

One program costs $79 a month, $199 a quarter or $589 a year.

Two programs cost $138 monthly, $358 quarterly or $1,058 yearly.

Three or more programs cost $177 monthly, $477 quarterly or $1,287 yearly.

That works out to $49.08 a month per program on the yearly one-program plan, and $35.75 on the yearly plan with three or more.

The yearly plans are the cheapest per month, but you pay upfront.

You can cancel whenever you want, so the monthly option is a low-risk way to test whether your child sticks with it.
