Smart Paste

Retyping details from a web page or PDF into a form or spreadsheet is slow, and Smart Paste is built to cut that out.

Smart Paste is a Chrome extension for data entry that extracts information from websites and PDFs and pastes it where you need it.

Each extract or paste counts as one interaction.

The free plan, still in beta, gives you 50 interactions per week on both websites and PDFs.

That is enough to test it on a real task, though a heavy user will hit the cap quickly.

The Pro plan costs $3.99 a month at lock-in beta pricing and removes the limit on copying and pasting.

It also adds dedicated email support and access to planned upgrades, which the team says will include collaboration tools and templates.

Those are promises, not current features.

Teams can get a Group plan with pricing based on group size, number of devices and other factors.
