SlashGPT

Type /gpt in any text box and ChatGPT answers there. That is the whole idea behind SlashGPT, a Chrome extension and AI writing assistant that brings ChatGPT into whatever page you already have open.

You write /gpt followed by your prompt, and the generated text shows up in the same input field, so there is no separate chat window to open and no copying back and forth.

SlashGPT is an AI text generator aimed at quick, everyday writing jobs.

Typical uses include email subject lines, social media posts and product descriptions, though any text input on a site can serve as the starting point.

Because the command works wherever you can type, the extension suits people who write in several web apps during the day and want one shortcut for all of them.

The approach is deliberately narrow.

SlashGPT does not try to be a full workspace or document editor.

It is a slash command for ChatGPT access, installed from the Chrome extension, and that simplicity is the main reason to consider it.
