SkedPal

As an AI calendar and scheduling app, SkedPal differs from most planners by placing your to-do items onto your calendar for you through time blocking, instead of leaving you to drag tasks around by hand.

SkedPal builds a realistic, time-bound schedule from your tasks, deadlines and preferences.

You tell SkedPal what you need to get done and how you like to work, and it fits the tasks into the free time you actually have.

That helps with prioritizing important work and can take some of the worry out of meeting deadlines.

It connects with existing calendars and task management systems, so you do not have to abandon the tools you already use.

Initial setup can be time-consuming, and the quality of the schedule depends on the input you give.

SkedPal leans toward short-term planning, so it is a personal planner for your own days and weeks, not a replacement for team project software.
