Shortd

Got a 60-page PDF and no patience for it? Shortd is an AI summarizer and flashcard maker that condenses PDFs, images and notes into short videos and reels for study sessions.

You upload your material, and Shortd pulls out the main points and presents them as a quick clip instead of a wall of text.

Shortd also produces flashcards and quick reviews, so you can test yourself on the same content.

If you only want a concise written version, it works as an AI PDF summarizer too, and it reads images as well as documents.

The summaries come from AI, so they will not always be perfect, and you should check them against the source before an exam.

Output also depends on what you feed in, and messy notes tend to give messy results.

Shortd has a free option, which makes it easy to try on one chapter before you rely on it.

Students who learn better from short clips than from dense pages will get the most out of it.
