Sheldon AI

Inside Chrome is where Sheldon AI lives. It is installed as a browser extension, so the help sits next to whatever page you are already working on instead of in a separate app.

Sheldon AI is an AI assistant for Chrome that writes emails, generates code and helps with Excel formulas, with the aim of cutting down the time you spend on routine tasks while browsing.

The feature list is practical rather than flashy.

Email drafting covers the everyday writing chores.

Code generation and debugging give developers, and people who only touch code occasionally, a quick way to get a snippet or track down a bug.

The Excel formula help is handy if spreadsheets are a regular part of your week and you would rather describe what you need than look up syntax.

Because Sheldon AI is an extension, it suits people who spend most of the day in a browser tab.

It is a general helper that covers writing, code and spreadsheets in one spot, so expect breadth more than specialist depth in any single area.
