Scholarcy

Drop in an article or research paper and Scholarcy gives you back an interactive set of summary flashcards.

It accepts a range of file formats, so a PDF you downloaded last night works as well as a web article.

Scholarcy is an AI article summarizer and research tool for students and academics who need to get through a lot of reading quickly.

The free plan costs $0 and caps you at 10 summaries, with flashcard export one at a time.

That is enough to test whether the output suits your reading, not enough for a term of coursework.

The monthly plan is SGD13.99 and the yearly plan is SGD120.00.

Both give unlimited summarization, enhanced summaries, saved flashcards, notes, highlighting and editing, and collections to organise your cards.

You can also export up to 100 flashcards at once, build a Literature Matrix and create bibliographies in one click.

The paid features lean toward literature reviews rather than casual reading.
