RightMatch AI

RightMatch AI helps companies screen candidates faster. It is an AI recruiting tool that analyzes resumes, runs customizable assessments and evaluates candidates in real time, so hiring teams can judge fit before they commit interview hours.

The stated goal is to get the right person into a role the first time, which cuts the turnover costs that come with a bad hire.

The platform automates initial screenings, which is usually the most repetitive part of recruiting.

RightMatch AI also says it predicts candidate performance and gives unbiased evaluations.

Treat those two claims as things to test on your own roles, since any scoring system is only as good as the criteria you give it.

Its category list also includes interview assistance, summarizing and transcription, so it reaches beyond resume checking into the interview stage.

That breadth suits a small or mid-sized team that wants one place for screening and evaluation rather than several separate tools.

Larger recruiting operations may want to check how it fits their existing process before switching.
