Refound

As an AI coaching product, Refound leans toward leadership training rather than acting as a general chatbot.

Refound is an AI leadership coaching platform that helps managers build people skills, communication, ownership and self-awareness, mixing personal and professional development under one roof.

The selling point is practical.

Instead of abstract theory, the platform deals with everyday workplace problems: not prioritizing the right work, a lack of ownership, poor communication, avoiding honest feedback, weak self-awareness, and career development needs that go unmet.

There is also an organizational side.

Companies can use Refound to build what it calls a scalable culture operating system, which ties leadership, communication and growth together across a team instead of leaving development to individual effort.

That points to organizations rolling out coaching to many leaders, though an individual who wants a coach for self-improvement could use it too.

It sits under office and productivity, with tags that include AI chatbot, AI coaching, and writing and editing.
