Reelze

Turning a long video into short clips for social media is the job Reelze does. Reelze is an AI video editor and long-video-to-short-video tool: you upload a recording, and it produces shorter clips with its own crop feature, exported at 1080.

The paid plans add auto subtitling, translation, subtitle downloads, and generated captions and hashtags.

There are three plans.

Free costs $0 a month and covers 350 minutes of uploads, but exports carry a watermark.

Basic is $9.99 a month with 1000 minutes of uploads, no watermark, unlimited projects, priority support and faster processing.

Pro is $19.99 a month and raises the upload allowance to 3000 minutes, with the same feature set as Basic.

The free tier is enough to test the clipping on a few videos.

If you want subtitles or captions, you need to pay, since those start at Basic.

Both paid plans also include a search feature the plan list calls Search Intillect.
