QuizGPT

Pick a topic, pick a difficulty, get a quiz. QuizGPT is an AI quiz generator that builds questions on any subject at whatever level you set, using GPT-4 to write them.

Because the model produces a fresh result on every run, asking for the same topic twice gives you different questions rather than a repeat of the last set.

The app is pitched at classrooms, so teachers are the obvious users.

A quick review quiz before a test, a warm-up for a new unit, or extra practice for students who need it are all reasonable uses.

QuizGPT works as a classroom quiz generator, but nothing stops a student from using it to test themselves on a subject they are revising.

The main appeal is flexibility.

You are not limited to a fixed library of subjects or preset difficulty bands, since the topic is whatever you type in.

The catch is the usual one with AI-written questions: since GPT-4 generates them on the fly, you should read through a quiz and check the answers before handing it to a class.
