Pygma

Pygma has a 7-day free trial, so you can test it on a real Instagram account before deciding anything.

It is an AI social media manager that plans, creates and schedules Instagram content, with posts going straight to your account from the scheduler.

The feature set covers caption writing, hashtags, photo editing, video generation and AI avatars.

The avatar side is where Pygma gives you the most creative room, since you can build content around a digital presenter instead of filming yourself.

Talking head story generation exists, but it still needs work.

Expect some rough edges.

Captions can be hit or miss, so plan to edit them rather than publish as written, and some users have reported bugs.

The main promise is time saved on content creation and planning, and that is most useful if Instagram is your main channel and you post often.
