Protime

As an AI newsreader and email summarizer, Protime turns personalized news and your inbox into short briefings.

It is a paid AI productivity tool, and the pricing is built around token allowances and how many briefings you can run, which is a little different from the per-seat model most email assistants use.

The Starter plan costs $20 a month or $200 a year and includes 2M tokens a month, a 128k context window, one briefing and 4 executions a month.

Professional is $49 a month or $490 a year with 6M tokens, the same context size, one briefing and 4 executions.

Neither of those plans guarantees a large LLM, so output quality may vary.

Expert is $480 a month or $4,800 a year.

It gives you 50M tokens, a 2M context window, up to 5 briefings and unlimited executions each month.

The LLM model is guaranteed on that tier, and yearly billing includes 4 hours of setup.

Yearly billing saves 20% on every plan.

The execution cap on the lower tiers is the main catch.
