ProMatch

Hiring reports that feed into decisions are the most concrete output ProMatch gives you, and you work with it through a chat window rather than a dashboard of forms.

ProMatch is an AI recruiting tool that automates parts of the hiring process, from screening candidates to reporting on them, so recruiters and hiring teams spend less time and money on each role.

It is also categorized as an AI interview assistant, job description generator and resume checker, which points to how much of the workflow it covers.

The chat format keeps things approachable.

Expect some initial setup and customization before ProMatch matches how your team actually hires, though.

Results depend on the quality of the AI and the data behind it, and leaning hard on automation can mean less human contact with candidates.

Use ProMatch for the routine steps and keep the final call with your own people.
