ProgressMagic

Say a client leaves your session and you want to send them a tailored homework task, then see later whether they did it.

ProgressMagic handles that loop.

It is an AI platform for therapists and coaches that assigns homework, tracks client progress, and keeps notes so you spend less time on admin between sessions.

The practice-management side is broad.

ProgressMagic includes client management, scheduling, payment handling, engagement tracking, and AI note-taking.

Clients get a mobile app, and automated follow-up alerts flag when someone needs a nudge.

You can also build a customized marketing website for your practice from the same account.

The appeal is having homework, notes, billing and client contact under one roof rather than spread over separate apps.

If you only need a note taker, a platform this wide may be more than you want.
