About This Tool
Overview
Prague has plenty of AI research and plenty of companies applying it, but the two do not always find each other. prg.ai is a non-profit initiative that works on that gap, with the stated goal of making Prague a European AI hub.
It is less a software product than a community and information project for the city's AI scene.
The organization brings together academia, research and application sectors so that ideas and people can move between them.
It also promotes Prague's reputation abroad as a place to do AI work.
Part of the job is public education: prg.ai informs people about both the benefits and the risks of AI, and ties that work to the development of the Czech economy and society.
The directory places prg.ai under AI courses, AI jobs, AI marketing and AI news, which fits its role as a local hub for learning, hiring and updates.
If you work in AI in or around Prague, or want to follow what happens there, prg.ai is the kind of resource you would use to stay connected.
Its focus is regional by design.
