Poised

Before a Thursday client presentation, you can run your talk through Poised and find out whether you ramble or sound unsure.

Poised is an AI communication coach that listens to your speech in presentations and meetings and gives real-time feedback on how you speak, so you can correct habits during the call instead of discovering them afterward.

It offers personalized suggestions and actionable insights aimed at clearer, more confident delivery.

Poised works with Zoom, Google Meet, Slack and Microsoft Teams, so the coaching happens in the tools where you already hold conversations.

There is no separate practice app to remember.

Progress tracking is private, which matters if you would rather improve without colleagues seeing your numbers, and over time you can see whether your delivery is changing.

Poised is also grouped with AI meeting assistants, note takers and summarizers, but its core job is coaching how you speak rather than recording what was said.

If you want better speaking skills and not just a transcript, that focus is the main reason to pick it.
