Skillsoft Percipio

Teaching your workforce new skills is the job Skillsoft Percipio does. Skillsoft Percipio is an AI-driven online learning platform that gives employees training content across many subject areas and uses personalization to point each learner toward relevant material.

Organizations use it for skills development and workforce transformation.

Learning comes in several formats: self-paced courses, live sessions and coaching.

Learners can open Percipio on any device, at any time, from wherever they work.

Skill benchmarks give managers and learning teams data to base decisions on, such as who needs training in which area, rather than guessing.

Rolling Percipio out across a whole organization may need a significant investment, and results depend on how much your people engage and stick with the courses.

Software alone will not make anyone learn.

Some features also require you to accept cookies, which is a small point but worth knowing before you test it.

Percipio fits best for companies that want one place for structured training and some measurement of progress.
