PenKetch

Royalty-free output is the detail that matters most here: images made with PenKetch can be used for personal or commercial projects, so you do not have to worry about licensing a pencil drawing before putting it on a product page or in a print.

PenKetch is an AI pencil sketch generator that turns a written text description into a drawing in pencil style.

The site lists the tool under text to image and image to image, so it also fits if you want to start from an existing picture rather than words alone.

Under the hood, PenKetch uses transformer-based models and draws on AI research from BlackForestLabs.

That is a reasonable foundation for an AI art generator, though the quality of any sketch still depends on how clearly you word your prompt.

The pricing model is free, which makes PenKetch an easy one to try for quick concept sketches, illustration ideas or social media visuals without setting up a paid plan first.
