Openspot

Social media and resume building meet in Openspot, a talent marketplace where job seekers build multi-modal profiles instead of sending a flat resume.

The idea is that a profile mixing several formats shows more of a person than a page of bullet points, and that helps candidates stand out to employers.

Openspot is a free-to-join AI resume builder and profile tool that connects job seekers with employers.

It also gives you profile analytics, so you can see how your profile is doing and change it to improve results.

Sign-up is free.

A multi-modal profile takes more effort to put together than a traditional resume, so expect to spend real time on it.

Some premium features may cost money, which could put off some users.

And like any marketplace, Openspot is only as useful as the number of active job seekers and employers on it.

If few employers are looking, a polished profile will not get you far.

It works for people willing to put in extra effort to be noticed.
