Business at $23 adds call summaries, group calling, ring orders, transfers, CRM integrations, phone menus, analytics, call recording and live chat support.

Scale at $35 adds AI call tags, dedicated onboarding and priority support, with conditional call routing listed as coming soon.

The calling area is limited to the US and Canada on the base plan, which matters if your customers are elsewhere.
