Open Tutor App

Snap a photo of a homework problem, and Open Tutor App returns an answer along with a step-by-step explanation of how to reach it.

That is the whole loop.

Open Tutor App is an AI homework helper that scans questions from images and works through math and other school subjects, using OCR to read what is on the page.

It runs on Google Play, the App Store and the web, so you can use it from a phone at the kitchen table or from a laptop.

The step-by-step breakdowns are the useful part, because they let you check your own reasoning instead of just copying a result.

Still, there are catches.

Accuracy depends on the AI's capabilities, so check answers that look off.

Coverage may not extend to every subject or every textbook edition.

And leaning on instant solutions too often can weaken your own problem-solving, so it works best as a way to check your work or get unstuck rather than a replacement for trying the problem first.
