On Target AI

As an AI copywriting tool, On Target AI differs from most in that it starts with a Voice of Customer Report instead of a blank prompt box.

You upload customer reviews, survey answers, interview transcripts and support chats, and the tool analyzes that language to find the words and phrases your audience actually uses.

On Target AI is a marketing and advertising tool that uses the report to write ad copy, emails and landing page copy.

The writing begins with what customers say about your product, not with generic templates or a guess at tone.

That makes it most useful if you already have feedback piled up in spreadsheets, call notes or help desk logs and want it put to work.

The catch is plain enough.

What comes out depends on the quality and amount of customer material you put in, and with little source data the report has less to work from.
